One side is a non-smudging formula that resists sweat, water and humidity to bring you matte perfection. The other side has a spoolie brush to help you disperse color evenly and achieve the shape you’ve been eyeing. It’s a total brow-wow-wow!
HOW TO USE
Using soft, feathery strokes, define your natural arch, starting at the base of the hairline. Fill in sparse areas and use spoolie brush to distribute color evenly.
